The main purpose of this study is to investigate and the moral educational approach of the dignity plan at schools. To achieve this goal, three methods of critical philosophical exploration, conceptual analysis, and comparative analysis are employed. This study contains two main stages. Firstly, the main approaches of moral education containing the principles, goals, methods, and evaluations are discussed. The second stages involves a comparison of the dignity plan with regard to each of these approaches, and an identification of the moral education approach governing it. The finding of this study revealed that the dignity plan in schools is comparable with the principles, goals and methods of the two approaches of training-based and the religious-Islamic approaches to moral education. Moreover, the results showed that there is a possibility of placing these two approaches in a harmonious combination.

Inherent dignity is one of the great qualities of human and fundamental rights of all human beings, so that no condition makes it conditional. In this respect, there are many beneficial discussions in teachings of the divine religions and especially on the life giving school of Islam, a sample of which can be downgraded as follows, so that human being has been turned into an unprecedented position in terms of inspiration of the Divine Spirit and consequently, many blessings have been brought about for him through attaining such sublime position. Of course, all Muslims and the Worlds have been tasked with safeguarding this inherent dignity. The inherent dignity of human is a universal and innate rule which cannot be imitated. The necessity of observations of this important effect has also been reflected in the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran. To expand inclusion of this rule in the international arena, the need to safeguard human dignity has been reiterated and crystallized in documents such as Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Declaration on Human Genome, Declaration of Helsinki, International Declaration of Bioethics, UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization) Human rights, etc.

Verse 34 of Surah Nisa is one of the challenging verses of the Holy Qur'an in the field of women. Different and contradictory readings of it have been presented by Islamic commentators, jurists and scholars, and the mention of the guardianship of men over women in it has given rise to anti-Islamic doubts or interpretations. has provided a feminist interpretation of the Qur'an. Considering the serious gap in the field of interdisciplinary research on Quran and ethics, the present research tries to answer the question "How can the concept of male guardianship over women with the moral dignity of women be solved?" Answer with analytical-critical method. In this regard, after explaining the concept of conflict between guardianship and the principle of dignity, he has tried to find the roots of the concept of conflict and has reached two important roots; The wrong idea of ​​consistency and the wrong idea of ​​dignity. By presenting the selected meaning of guardianship and redefining dignity in Islamic culture, this research has shown that basically there is no contradiction between guardianship and moral principles, and the spirit of guardianship leads to the respect of women and the balance of her position compared to men. , is based on real moral material.

Abrahamic religions consider nature to be disposed for humans. Therefore, they have been accused of environmental crises. This article presents a comparative analysis of the moral dignity of the environment from the perspective of Islam and Christianity. Definitely an independent moral dignity cannot be proved for environment in Christianity and Islam; rather only a non-independent moral dignity may be proved for environment, because it is desirable on the one hand - which is one of the features of moral values – and because of the moral responsibility that human undertake in both religions, on the other hand. Referring to the sacred texts of Islam and Christianity, I found that Islam has acted more comprehensively and accurately in proving the non-independent moral dignity of the environment. My result is that I reject the mentioned accusation against Abrahamic religions and I prove the superiority of Islam in this field.

Introduction: Ethical living is a lifestyle in which all areas of human existence and work are formed and flow around ethics. That is, a person who wants to live morally, in all areas, tries to know the ethical considerations related to that area and follow them in practice and live according to them. The current article is research on the moral system of Thomas Aquinas with a focus on examining the nature of the moral goal of human life and the moral rationality of such a life. Material and Methods: The present review study examined bioethics from the perspective of Thomas Aquinas in a descriptive manner. In order to achieve this goal, articles related to research keywords from Thomson Information Institute, Science Direct and Pub Med were examined and books related to the views of Thomas Aquinas were studied. Conclusion: The results of this study show that according to Thomas Aquinas's view on man, becoming like God and realizing God's image in material life and seeing God in the hereafter is the moral goal and eternal happiness of man. Also, Thomas Aquinas believes in the moral rationality of such a life from both perspectives-having a reason to live morally and the usefulness of such a life.

He believes that multiculturalism is important factor of nowadays so the most important responsibility of philosophers of Ethics is prevention of moral conflict. The global communication and information in 21st century needs global tolerance and respect of various nations, cultures, and moralities together because different people and societies have a common human nature and common natural rights that obligate to justice and moral relationship between different people and various societies’ beliefs throughout the world. moral communication in multiculturalism approach is against racial, gender, national, and ethnic prejudice. Hinman believes in moral dialogue and global learning across different cultures. The book of Ethics: A Pluralistic Approach to moral Theory has a proper category of new ethical problems, and the candid standpoint of author is considerable. He has a logical method, and in the end of every part of book there are some questions for evaluation of students learning. So this book is proper for the philosophy of ethics in universities.

Introduction: Alternative punishments of imprisonment, which are called as a new approach of the penal system to fight against the negative consequences of prison, have many effects and consequences that need to be investigated. Therefore, in this study, while examining the types of alternative punishments, the moral and social effects of the implementation of these punishments have been explored. Materials and Methods: The present study was conducted using an analytical-descriptive method. In this study, in order to provide an appropriate answer to the question presented, by referring to the theoretical bases (books) and articles published in the ISC, Magiran, Civilica, SID and Ensani in the years 2011 to 2023 and with the method of extracting the existing legal provisions, the effectiveness of this type of punishment was also criticized in reaching the intended goals. Conclusion: The results of this study show that with the implementation of such punishments, the level of public trust, the growth of morals and social capital in the society will also improve. Therefore, the implementation of these punishments, while reducing the criminal population of prisoners and reforming them, provides better implementation of social justice and improvement of public trust, emotional and financial support for the families of criminals

The question of moral dignity is one of the important debates of moral philosophy. Despite differences in this issue, all experts agree that human beings have a moral dignity. The question now is, how does faith play a role in determining the stage and degree of one's moral stage, by accepting the issue of moral dignity? Islamic teachings hold that faith plays a central role in determining the existential stages of humanity. In this context, anyone who denies God or the Apostle or the Resurrection is at the lowest existential stages. Faith itself has an equivocal nature that accepts strengths and weaknesses, and since the degree of humanity depends on the degree of faith, the stages of faith also follows the stages of humanity. The various stages of humanity constitute the stages of the human moral dignity, which determine the duties of moral activists before man. Accordingly, the unbeliever has the lowest level of moral rights, but the believer has a much higher legal rights, which, his moral dignity, also changes in accordance to his moral dignity. Using a descriptive-analytical method, the finding of this research shows that, a believer whose piety is established in his soul and hence avoids sin, in comparison with a fasiq believer who has not such stability in his soul, enjoys a higher moral status.

One the most emphasized relation is patient’s dignity. Evidence has shown that the correct relationship rarely will establish between physician and end stage patient and this communication is always associated with many shortcomings. This study aimed to address the patient’s dignity, especially in the end stages of life.Definition and nature of dignity, human rights, patient rights, human dignity in medical practice and medical education was discussed. In addition, important issues in patient-centered communication in order to maintain patients’ dignity, especially at the end life (include: accurate information to patients, how to announce bad news, privacy, confidentiality, reliability, choice and decision-making, dealing with requests for inappropriate treatment, euthanasia and unconditional respect) was considered.

This means a huge amount of tazkira and mystical manaqibnameh and some other Sufi texts, all of which can be included under the title "Anecdotes of Dignities". Dignities anecdotes have always been the stage of rejection and acceptance by different groups of its audience. Some people who believe in dignity have not only accepted these anecdotes, but have tried to forge several dignities in the same format for the sheikhs of Sufi. On the other hand, some deniers and those who don't believe in dignity not only are not satisfied with not accepting and denying from the heart, but also they have led the work to anti-dignity. Some contemporary researchers have also come out against dignity, or have questioned the realism of such anecdotes, or have set limits for it, for reasons such as the creation of dignity. In the midst of these dignifications and anti-dignity, how can we scientifically recognize the dignity of Owlia as a mystical phenomenon? In this article, after examining the motivation of dignitaries and denying dignitaries, it is clear in descriptive and analytical manner that supporters and opponents of dignity do not prevent us from not recognizing the dignities of the saints as mystical realities. The importance of the subject lies in the believability and realism of anecdotes of dignities, which include a large volume of literary and mystical heritage.
